All playlists empty

Hi

Due to the storage getting less and less on my harddrive I had to switch the harddrive.
In order to do this I first stopped the Plex Server, then I moved the folder containing the Plex libraries to the new hard drive and started Plex again. Everything seems to work, with one big exception:

All music-playlists are still there, but empty? How can this be? Are the maybe pointing to the old location? Where are the playlists located in the filesystem? Maybe any other ideas?
