Sometime in the past few weeks I noticed that all my playlists (both music and video) have disappeared. It’s very possible that it happened sometime over the last couple of updates, but I have no idea.
I’ve spent quite a bit of time putting those playlists together and now they’re just GONE. is there a location that they were stored as static files that i can restore from my backups? how do i get them back? this is totally unacceptable for a paid product.
This just happened to me yesterday. I also removed a PIN from my account yesterday. Coincidence? glitch?
I guarantee I will not be putting any energy into creating any other playlists until this problem is figured out.
I agree that this is unacceptable for a paid product.
After recreating a couple of them, i’ve had it happen AGAIN. i’ve since moved any serious music listening back to airsonic because plex is apparently garbage at this. good thing i paid for a pass so i get direct access to a support team or something… oh wait, no i just get to post on this forum. neat.
entirely possible… though i ran through all the processes involved and the database says “ok”. would be nice if playlist support didn’t suck to the point that there’s no way to import/export playlists in a usable format without hacks. and this would be the only time i’ve ever encountered database corruption, and it only affected playlists and no other media.
