need help! after every restart macOS asks “allow/accept incoming network connetion” while in the firewall its already enabled

Problem is known and a fix is in the works.

thanks this was helpful and cleared it. after using
sudo codesign --force --sign - /Applications/Plex\ Media\ Server.app/
the question did not appear!
but now i can not update!?? i get this message (see screenshot)
what to do???
I am no mac specialist, but I was advised that you can do the update ‘by hand’.
Download the installer of the new release and start it. Then replace the current installation of PMS.
