Current Situation: When sharing libraries with users (managed users or Plex Home members), each user must manually pin libraries in their sidebar on every device they use. For administrators managing multiple users, this creates unnecessary friction and support requests.
Feature Request: Add the ability for server administrators to preconfigure which libraries are pinned by default for specific users or user groups when granting library access.

Implementation Suggestion: When granting library access (Settings > Users & Sharing), add an option “Pin by default” next to each library. This would automatically pin the selected libraries in the user’s sidebar when they first connect.
Use Case: Family server with elderly parents or young children who need a simplified, ready-to-use interface without manual configuration.
