allow api for specified ip/ip-range/apps even with plex home enabled

I understand, that this could bypass any security from plex home, but currently 3rd party apps like sickbeard/couchpotato/etc. cannot update the libraries automatically.

would be great, if we could define an ip or ip-range for computers, which don't need to login (in my case, plex server is running on a standalone server, which isn't used for watching). limiting this to localhost isn't working either, since all apps on my server are virtualized inside docker containers.

another way would be, to generate a plex-token inside the admin-panel and add this to api uses. (documentation for this would be needed, as this has to be added in the 3rd party software.

I believe, this would be the prefered way (even if it's more complicated). this way, there could be allowed apps, that can connect to the api.
