Currently when I multitask, or even just go to the app switcher, pull down the Notification Center, the app locks. It would be nice to have an option to allow for a 30 seconds limit where the app doesn’t lock itself, but does require authentication after some time.
Most other apps have this option, even iOS itself does. If it’s a secure enough thing for apps that do banking, I think Plex could ease up on this too.
Attached is an example of Bitwarden, a password manager that allows for this behavior.
