“User could not be authenticated” - Plex mobile app

It appears I am having the same issue as the OP in this form and have set a temporary lock on my mobile app account by failing to sign in a few times. Please unlock my account so I can log back in now that I have the correct credentials. Thank you.

Locks due to too many failed login attempts will clear themselves after 1 hours. Just wait another 33 minutes.

I’ve waited a full day and just got the same message using the EXACT credentials as I used to log in on google chrome 2 seconds ago. And no caps lock was not on, and yes I triple checked the credentials were correct.

Are you typing in the email and password yourself? If you use the auto-fill or some other method to enter this info, those methods can sometimes add an extra or hidden space that you may not see.

I had our team check your account and it shows successful logins recently.
