Currently when you select "Sync..." from the TV show list (poster view at least) and then choose "Cloud Sync" from the list of options you are always presented with a default set of options, regardless of if you have existing cloud sync rules for the show.
If you save these settings again they do not overwrite/update the existing settings, instead they are treated like separate sync items. I'm not sure how this will be displayed in the cloud because thankfully I noticed and removed the duplicate sync item. I think it's really time that Cloud Sync configuration be completely separate from the sync settings. The two, while similar in nature, have too many differences in how users want to use them the really have a unified flow IMHO.
