Allow for NOT filter match in Library

I use labels for my kids TV shows so my kids plex account only can see certain shows. When I need to add that label to newly downloaded shows there is no way to tell which shows are outstanding to be added to the label.

Having a match on NOT label would allow you to view all videos without that label allowing you to determine if any shows are missing the label quickly.

There’s an existing request for this. Rather than splitting votes among several threads, it’s better to add your vote and comments there.
