If each library had the option to backup/restore Metadata it would make it so much easier to migrate those libraries to different servers in a sense where it is not needed to fix match, choose poster or mark as played.
There’s already an existing feature suggestion that’s asking for this feature. I suggest you comment/vote in that thread in order to avoid distracting/dispersing votes/attention on this topic.
