Currently PMS only allows you to select one language for subtitles in Server > Languages.
My mother language is Spanish. In my case I sometimes watch films in English with Spanish subtitles, but sometimes I watch films in English with English subtitles. So I think it would be useful to add at least one more language in that option for subtitles in order of preference.

The request I linked to talks about languages, that includes both audio and subtitle tracks. Both need to support several favorites.
