When the “Allow MPEG 2” feature is checked OTA TV does not render correctly but leaving it unchecked forces most DVDs to be transcoded - is it possible to allow this feature to be selected for different types of source material?
Would you mind sharing some more context for this suggestion?

On the Roku client the “Allow MPEG2” feature is global and this works well for most situations but occasionally over the air broadcasts watched via the DVR & Live TV function don’t display correctly with the feature enabled. Transcoding Live TV isn’t a problem but transcoding DVDs is not necessary so allow the feature to be enabled on library by library basis or enabling it for specific formats such as SD content would be fantastic.
