Just took a look at upgrading to the new Plex TV Series scanner and it’s mostly fantastic. However, because it grabs nearly all the metadata from IMDB it ends up pulling only dub actors for anime rather than the original voice actors. This blocks me from upgrading as I want to be able to filter by the original voice actors.
A way to unblock this would be to provide an option to pull certain bits of metadata (like actors) from the TVDB or TMDB.
