Allow users to replace unsettling background gradient

I know myself (and others) provided similar comments in response to the new Roku UI, but I think it may have been lost/difficult to pick out of all the noise around that. However, for many of us, the gradient colors being used now are very unappealing and gross. Ideally, I’d love an option to just disable the gradient entirely and get a “flat” black background, but even the previous gradient would be preferable.
