I assign each user a folder on my NAS for their recordings. I want them to be able to delete their content at will.
They can already do that – if they have scheduled/started the recording of that file themselves, in the Plex DVR.

The global server preference “Allow media deletion” has to be enabled, of course.
The global checkbox that I see says to allow the server owner deletion rights. Not for others.
