Almost all settings are in English languge, where Polish language is 100% supported and selected in settings.

Is your system (or browser) language set to Polish?
Browser language shouldn’t override the Plex Web language setting, should it (see last screenshot above)… unless the browser is configured to automatically translate pages (here: defaulting to English??)
Yes, it’s set to Polish. The problem persist only in plex web.
I don’t have translating turned on.
What browser are you using? Some browsers like Firefox have their own language settings, make sure that this isn’t set incorrectly.

In your last screenshot above, could you inspect the language drop down a bit more closely?
Look if you see Polish more than once in the list. (the list might not be sorted like you’re expecting it)
There is only once “Polski”. On chrome there is the same problem - I even check and I have Polish language set on Chrome and Windows 11. But when I open plex via ip adress (like right click and open plex on media server app) there is almost all in polish language. So it’s problem with plex web on app.plex.tv
Do you use an ad-blocker or DNS-based privacy proxy/filter in your browser/network?
Only AdGuard, but i use it for some years, the problem show maybe a month/2 months ago
Please disable it and try without it.
For what it’s worth… I’m experiencing the same behavior as the OP when switching the web app language to Polish:

Disabling AdGuard do nothing, the problem is still here. I think You ■■■■■■up Plex Web update, because as You can see, plex media server have plex web version 4.116.1 and the app.plex.tv web version is 4.121.2. Can You check changes You made and fix it? I test it on Windows, iOS and MacOS and it’s not working on any system.
Yep, can confirm with Polish specifically. If I set it to something like German then it does work.
I’ll pass this on to the web team (the PMS settings are coming through correctly).
