Alphabetical order is broken on Android TV Nvidia shield

every time you click a letter it goes the movies go down to the wrong letter happens at my friend’s house to on his Nvidia shield too

Nvidia Shield's alphabet video searches broken now all of a sudden happened today when I get home from work and turn on it for Android TV

I come home from work level daughter wanted to watch Madagascar I click M’s it goes down to the bottom to z I click l it goes to s this just happened when I got home from work this hasn’t happened at all ever before I haven’t touched anything on the server

Make sure your sort order at the top is set to Title otherwise it won’t show the letters.

Oh, actually I have no sorting options at all, no filters, just the library name. Though it is set to alphabetical based on the display of items. It really is an entirely separate issue I can see.

Are you by chance viewing your library „by folders“? In that case this is the normal behavior…

Nope, couldn’t even access folder view, that whole section of the UI is missing on my shield and mobile, it does show up on the web and kodi. Whole thing perplexing.

I am having the same issue on my Nvidia Shield as well. One day the alphabetical search was there, the next day it was gone. Very frustrating.
