Do you use the same Xbox Live account on each Xbox One when linking to your Plex account? At the moment we only allow a single Xbox Live account to be associated with a Plex account, but we’re looking into improving this situation.
Yeah, I have multiple accounts. I do think the pin prompt is only happening on my wife & son’s accounts. The Plex app was installed under my account.
