It seems v3 doesn’t always truly stay on top as it has in past versions. When a program is running in windowed fullscreen it will stay on top until it is clicked and then it will disappear until tabbing out of the program, pulling Plexamp back up then going back to the original program.
I’ve tested mostly with Anno 2205 and Magic Arena but the behavior is the same with both.
