Always re-scan the same folders and files on my Synology DSM

Server Version#: Synology 1.25.3.5385 and all previous version within the past few months

whenever I restart the server, and when i scan the library again, it will keep doing

Looking for path match for xxxxxx
Path matched, we’re reusing media item xxxxxx

i have millions of photo which indexed by Plex, and when i restart the server, at least 20% of them need to be re-looking for path match again (always those same items).

the rest of the other content will work just fine with

Skipping over directory ‘xxxxxx’, as nothing has changed;

please teach me any solution to avoid keep rescanning the same media every time I restart my NAS? this had been annoying me for few months.
