Always Restarts From Beginning

When I start a show, it always starts at the beginning. It shows the time stamp and the viewed bar, but then goes back to the first minute.

So lets say I watch 1:20 minutes. Then I have to go work. I come back, turn on the TV, open Plex and choose the show. It shows the 1:20 and then BOOM! starts over again
