Amazon cube

I am using Amazon TV stick and cube. It always stops streaming after a few minutes. I have the Plex Pass. What do I need to do?

Hi,

the plex server is running in ubuntu 18.04. It has 4 cores and 4 gb of ram.

I see this when it stop working.

Also streaming from ipad and the web works perfectly fine. I have the same behavior when it is streaming from amazon tv stick and amazon cube. On both Amazon devices, it stops after a few minutes.
