Having real issues with my Firecube Gen 3, some files when direct play the picture is freezing and audio is continuing to play, others the picture is has green pixels, when changing to transcoding the files seem to play ok. Previously when i uninstalled plex and reinstalled direct play worked for a while then reverted. All the files i have issues with all play fine in direct play on my firestick max. The cube is plugged into my denon amp through to projector, the firestick is direct to the Tv.
Would you be able to share a sample file with which you have these issues with?
