An error occurred displaying the current photo on LG TV

Hello, I’m new to PLEX and the forum.
I’m using an old desktop computer with Windows 7 and recently got a new smart TV LG 65NANO90UNA. The TV is connected wireless to the WiFi of my modem while the desktop computer is connected with an Ethernet cable. I want to view on the TV photos stored on the hard drives of the desktop computer using Plex. After I installed Plex on the computer I added photo libraries with photos stored on different hard drives and folders from my computer. I can view them on the computer using PLEX but on the TV when I click on any of the photos, after displaying “Buffering” with the spinning wheel under it for 30 seconds it displays the message “An error occurred displaying the current photo.”

Also on both, the computer and the TV, the photos are displayed without thumbnails, just black squares with the name of the photos under them.

I will greatly appreciate help with this

This is an update to the problem, a day after the Plex installation, I was able to view on the TV photos stored on the computer but only those stored on internal hard drives. I also have two external Western Digital USB hard drives connected to the computer and now after the third day since the Plex installation I still can’t view on the TV photos stored on them. I remember during the Plex installation for different platforms I had the option for Western Digital but I’m not sure if that applies to me using Western Digital external USB hard drives connected to Windows 7 computer.

I will greatly appreciate your help and any input about this
