Same here - didn’t happen in the past, but on the web this just cropped up.
I’m also getting the Exception handled: std::bad_cast error when opening photos. Some do open, but most don’t - especially on the timeline. Happens on Chrome and on Desktop App. On Mobile it works fine.

Can confirm the same issue using the latest updates. Works fine with Plex on the Shield but plex web seems to be broken at the moment.
Confirming same issue on 1.23.2.4656. When viewing images via Apple TV app most photo thumbnails do not display, however if select the photo to load full screen it will load, and at that point the plex web interface displays the photo thumbnail and loads it correctly. Very strange. Please fix this!

I’ve just installed the latest version of Plex Media Server (1.23.3.4707) and whilst I haven’t had chance to test it exhaustively, it looks like the issue has been fixed.
