An error occurred loading items to play

I just installed the latest version of Plex on my Synology and when I access Plex from outside my network, I am able to see all my videos but am unable to play anything, I keep getting “An error occurred loading items to play”.

I ended up uninstalling the PMS and deleting the entire database. I reinstalled yesterday and got everything loaded and it seems to be working now.
