Having this issue with a handful of series, so far I have only noticed it on older 480p anime. Occurs on both Android TV (Chromecast with Android TV) and Android mobile (Pixel 6 Pro), both running same app version. Does not occur on web player, Plex for Windows, Plex HTPC for Windows.
The files having the issue were transcoded using Tdarr using the same settings as nearly all of my library, most of which plays without issue.
I have attached server logs and player logs, hopefully without any sensitive info.
