I loaded Plex to my desktop computer and paid for the ability to stream to my android devices. Nonetheless, after logging out and in, rebooting devices, and uninstalling and reinstalling Plex onto my devices I continue to get the message “An error occurred while playing this item.” Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
