Last night everything seemed to work just fine, but today, I can’t seem to play anything at all, getting the transcode error code message. I’ve tried both on my phone, my windows desktop, the plex web player, nothing seems to work so far. I have pms running in kubernetes, using an nvidia gpu to transcode. This has worked for weeks, no issue. I tried turning off hardware transcoding as well, made no difference. If i turn hardware transcoding back on, I briefly see a process pop up in nvidia-smi, but its between 8-60MB, not the usual 180MB usage i see for transcode, and it disappears.

Any help would be appreciated! I will try using my shield or roku to see if those also dont work. I’ve tried rolling back to 1.20.4 as well, no dice. It seems like something else is going on since with H/W transcoding disabled it still errors out
Edit: My Roku TV on my network seems to work, even saying “transcoding” in the PMS UI, and streaming on my work laptop seems to work, so it seems to only be affecting my android cell phone, windows desktop client, and windows chrome player locally on my network.
