Android app cannot detect PS4 App

I set up a server for my computer and my Ps4. It works like a dream; however, My Note 4 cannot even detect the ps4. I know this sounds lazy, but I would like to stream my movie file direct from my phone without having to get up and go to my office to set up the movie file from my computer. Any ideas why my Android Plex app cannot see or communicate with my PS4 App?

This feature is not implemented yet in the Playstation and Xbox-Client.
