Just reporting a bug. In the latest App on a Samsung Galaxy s25Ultra running the latest version of Android 16, when I go into the app and go to LiveTV and select Favorite Channels, the app closes. Tried clearing cache and data, uninstalling and reinstalling app, but it still does it. I can go to favorites in Google Chrome and on the phone I can go to regular LiveTV Channel list with no issues.
Remove and recreate the Favorites.
I tried this and it’s still crashing. My server and Android Plex app both have the most recent updates. I can watch whatever under Guide listing, however; when I click on What’s On or Favorites, the app crashed and closes. I can watch live TV on my Windows 11 desktop using the Windows store app, smart tv, and on my Android smartphone using chrome. The problem is only while using the Plex app on my smartphone.
LiveTV is full of issues on my S24+ as well. It’s almost as though PLEX is destroying every avenue of watching LiveTV. First they mess up the ROKU UI and now the Android is not functioning.
