Can't Remove Live TV Favorite Channels

I recently re-set up my Live TV & DVR on my server and my Live TV Favorite Networks are no longer available (yellow triangle) and display “XYZ” not available.

I am trying to remove the Favorites so that I can re-add them again, but they are not being removed after selecting “remove from favorites”. (no error or confirmation is given after ‘removing’).

All the Networks in Favorites are currently available in my “Media Collection” and the Guide shows the correct programming, listings etc.

Since these are the same networks, I would have thought Plex would have just re-mapped my existing (channel) Favorites to the new config - but it didn’t.

Are there any suggestions to remove or re-map my Favorite Networks?

I have the same issue, but have not found a solution. I think it’s a bug in the Android app.

This worked for me.

I don’t have Live TV Favorites anywhere else - I added them on my phone and they don’t exist in the browser UI.

You can go into app managment > Plex > Storage and clear cache and app data. You will have to log back in afterwards and setup new favorites.

Thanks for the suggestion. I cleared the Cach first - no effect, then I cleared the app data, re-signed in and the Live TV Favorites (the unavailable ones) are still present.

Looks like it is fully tied to your account profile now which is online. I removed favorites from my phone and when I refreshed the Plex for Windows app they were gone. Added them back in Plex for Windows and refreshed the phone and they were back.

If that isn’t happening for you then you have have an account problem.

I figure you’re correct, but it’s not that big of a deal.

I’m going to leave it as it is and manually navigate to away from Favorites and to Media Collection.
