I’ve just found out (tested with multiple devices / 2 user accounts) that the video content synced to an android client doesn’t “pull” subtitles that are present on the server. I’ve tested few times, and yes, the subtitle is selected prior to downloading the file
Here is the workflow:
– I open the media content and select the subtitle (actually it’s selected by default per my preferences)
– I download the content
– I open it in the Downloads & Sync tab on the phone app
– The subtitle is not there and there is non to choose from
– I try to search for additional subtitles, upon which I get an error “Uh-oh! There was an error”
