I am a new user of your lifetime subscription, and I am experiencing an issue when watching series offline. When I download episodes along with their subtitles, the subtitles do not appear when I watch them without an internet connection. This problem is critical for my use of the application, especially when accessing it remotely. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue.
