I purchased a lot years ago the Plex Android unlock function, then working fine, until yesterday i trying to use, and the client always want to subscribe me to Remote Watch Pass. No more Android unlock or wtf?

The mobile app unlock fee is eliminated. It is no longer required to stream video for more than one minute.
Remote streaming is no longer a free feature. A Plex Pass or Remote Watch Pass is now required.

Jellyfin is the answer.
I am now having the same issue, bought Android Activation in April 2025 (after Plex’s blog post), and have used it happily until the start of July.

The Plex don’t give you anything nowdays, just take from you. From June the Plex only useable with local networks only if you don’t buy the Plex Pass. The ball kicking thing: The Plex Pass prices are doubled. 
I forget the Plex forever, and i started using the open source totally free Jellyfin. They also have Windows, MacOS, iOS, Android, WebOS and many client, and working fine.
