I am trying to sync content to a Samsung Galaxy Tab A (2019) that had content synced already. One movie was not playing and i think was just corrupt\not on the device, so i tried to remove all the content, couldn’t… I have now done a couple uninstall\reinstall in different ways and removed the device from Authorized Devices, but i cannot get any content to sync to this device anymore. The server is converting the content fine and is waiting for the client to pick it up. But no matter what i do on the tablet, it always just says “Waiting to download”. Content syncs fine to other devices…
when i look at the PMS console (through the web interface) i see this message show up 4 times in a row “Sync: downloaded 6 sync list(s) with 26 sync items(s): 0 new, 0 updated, 0 deleted”. as far as i can tell the server is completed and ready to send it, here is a screenshot of the content waiting:
how is it aware there are 6 lists and what are the 26 items to sync? and why is it not showing the content waiting to be sync’s?
