Unable to sync on android: waiting to be converted

Server Version#: 1.16.5.1554
Player Version#: latest on android

I’ve a Lifetime Plex Pass and i want to Sync serie with my Samsung Galaxy Tab S3.

On plex.tv, all episodes as marked as “Waiting to be converted” without any error in server logs.

My server is on Linux, into a docker container. Container has read/write permissions on my video folder.

Any idea?

Let’s take a loot at how PMS boots up for issues.
Do these steps when PMS isn’t being used by anyone or doing scheduled tasks.

  1. Settings - General (lower one) - Show Advanced
  2. Check DEBUG logging (set it on)
  3. Uncheck VERBOSE logging (set this off)
  4. Click SAVE
  5. Reboot the PMS hardware, and wait 10min.
  6. Use a laptop to open a Player.
  7. Settings - Troubleshooting - Download Logs
  8. ZIP the entire folder it gives you, and attach it with your next post
