If I search for a movie or TV show (not on my Plex Server) and look at “Watch from these locations” the blocks that should display a streaming service are blank. If I look at the same information on my TV/Roku Plex app, they display correctly. This has been true for a while now. Is this a known bug?

That is strange and it stays like that without ever loading anything? Which phone do you have? And would you be able to reproduce the issue and then provide client logs?
Yes, very consistent on every title. I have a galaxy Note 5g. On Android 13.?.
Ok … when I wrote the first sentence, above, I checked and it was correct, no streaming services displayed. Then I went to find “debug” saw that I needed to read your link to know where to send it, and cancelled. Clicked on another random title in my watchlist (50 or so items). And all of a sudden the streaming locations appeared, specifically that it was a title available on Plex (did that make a difference?). Now they’re all appearing. Which is odd … It’s been happening for a while.
So, problem solved I guess. Thx. I loved it when my customers fixed their own problems.
