"Select my Streaming Services" results in "an error has occurred"

When I try to “Select my Streaming Services”, I see error message “an error has occurred, please try again later”.
I have tried on several clients:

  • Google TV (error message popup)
  • Android phone (error message popup)
  • Web, Windows (error message takes over entire screen)

Same here…and no more access to my server on desktop :frowning:

Same here.
In web browser my desktop is not displayed, only get a big exclamation and ‘Something went wrong. An unexpected error occurred.’ And after that can’t open anything.

In Plex app on Chromecast I can open my desktop but if I click the ‘Select My Streaming Services’ then I get ‘An error has occurred, please try again later’.

Any solution for this?

A new version of the web app has been released on https://app.plex.tv

Try to force a reload of the “web page” in your browser.

Same here, app on Android crashes instantly now when it tries to load, very annoying.

Well, I’ve now pressed CTRL+F5 to refresh the web-app.
Status:

  • Web, windows (after reload): When I select “Discover”, and press “Select my streaming services” nothing happens
  • Android 11 (9.0.4): Now I get a “Looks like there are no streaming services in your region”
  • Google TV (9.0.4): Same here: “Looks like … no streaming”

But this is not true. We have them all (almost): Netflix, HBO Max, Viaplay, Amazon Prime… and Disney+ will be here on June, 14

So, somehow my region (Faroe Islands) is missing in Plex, Discover regi ?
