Odd. I definitely am. It doesn’t happen on all media types, but I watched 3 different shows this weekend on the latest beta build and it happened with 2 of them.
Some h264 video level 5.2 are not playing on my s21 plus with the beta and new demuxer , it used to work in stable builds
H.264 5.2 is pretty unusual. Very few devices actually support it. That’s 4k60 - is this Anime?

File name i am playing is Action II , it works fine on windows pmp , but not on android latest beta.
Should i report this issue somewhere else also?
The latest beta finally runs as it should. It took a long time but finally you can use the Sony TV and Shield as it should be.
Finally the autoplay function works again without changing the language or the sound is shifted or simply skips an episode.
Also the dropouts due to W-LAN loss on Sony TV’s has been fixed. Now it loads again afterwards and thanks to the buffer there are no more interruptions.
And of course the most important. There is no more infinite spinning circle that it does not start. The longest I had so far was 3 seconds but everything starts again. Really a big improvement.
Please look that you bring the latest beta as soon as possible live. I have many friends who can hardly watch more with the 9.0.6 version.
The new one runs massively better and I’m already distributing the apk to some but there are also people with special TV boxes where no loading via USB is possible, they would have to rely on the store download, so please release it as soon as possible officially because it really works great.

yes for the average user it is locked as he only gets the official releases. Many do not want to be beta testers. Therefore, it is important that you give feedback as a tester so you know it works and you can release it. Because especially on Sony TV’s it was very tedious to watch things with versions below 9.1. 80% did not work or only with tricks like 30 sec forward and then back again spool etc. because otherwise it did not start.
