In the latest versions of PLEX, TV shows sometimes not playing, I selected episode and click Play, loading circles always spin and after some time, the program restarts.
Maybe this started after adding new player to Plex for Android TV.
I tried to turn off the new player but the problem still happen.
This issue I saw in 7.25* / 7.26* / 7.27* versions
For the test, I installed the old beta version 7.23.0.13123, and everything works fine for me, moreover old application works faster than new versions 7.27*
If you need logs I am ready to provide, please only just show where they are.

Thanks for your report. Here are the instructions on how to obtain logs from the device: https://support.plex.tv/articles/201573117-android-android-tv-fire-tv-logs/. First, enable network logging in the settings, then go to the player and wait for a minute. If the episode doesn’t play in that time, you can grab the logs and post them here.
I have Sony X950G (US name) XG9505 (EU name) with Android 9.0

What PMS version are you connecting to…
I’m running locally and remote Fire TV 4K sticks with beta version
kepler-armv7a-amazon-fireExo-8.0.0.17191-b491d88a
with PMS version 1.19.1.2701
Other then UI issues everything plays fine…
Also I run PMS on Window 7 systems…
Just pointing out the combination that’s working for me…
I posted a thread a while back showing that an old PMS version and I think 7.26 worked but every PMS version after had issues.
The issue’s were with the Android OS, ExoPlayer (new player) used by Amazon, and Plex… All three were working on Player issues that affected APPs on a host of devices not just the Plex Client. As soon as one thing was fixed by one of them it broke something else… The OS seems now to be stable, ExoPlayer for the most part has reached a solid point, and Plex is making headway with the latest beta releases.
(only pointing out the parts that affected Plex as other Clients had issues)
Till someone breaks something tomorrow…
Thanks for the video and logs, but unfortunately the logs barely contain any useful information (it contains just a bunch of device-generic information, not from the Plex app). Could you reproduce the issue, then follow https://support.plex.tv/articles/201573117-android-android-tv-fire-tv-logs/ to generate new logs? It’d be useful if you could grab logs from server too, and also provide a small sample of the item that cannot be played so we can use it to test it in our end? Thanks in advance
I tried play one Video and it started, I go back to Home screen and click resume play this video, and now it not played anymore.
