The new Android players have problems and are a downgrade from the old players.

if I am in the playlist and I select a movie, it will not move on to the next movie in the playlist. The only way to do that is if I use the play button, but that starts from the first object in the playlist. If I want to start with the third movie in the playlist, it will not move on after that movie ends.

The client will only play at the original quality level. I have changed the settings on my server so it will upscale everything, and there is no change on the client whatsoever.

The support site has a link to Android settings, which is a dead link with a 404 error.
If I could go back to Android OS, I would happily go back to the old client and never upgrade.
I use a playlist for sleep. The only way I have found to calm my mind and get to sleep is to watch old movies. This keeps me from using medicine to calm my mind. Plex was the only streaming client that met my needs.
I get it you’re a business and you want more money. I signed up for the Plex license, no difference.
I can live with the crappy quality, my guess is your trying to force people into renting or buying content so if you make the old stuff look bad you get more people buying stuff.
The stretched movies are terrible. The quality was upscaled before, no issues ever, now with the upgrade, they are using about half a phone screen, and they are stretched.
But having to click “next” 20 times to get to the movie I need, or just not having the next movie play, is killing me. Please give me this option.
