Is anybody having a constant refreshing/screen-jumping issue with the Plex client? The Plex client on my FireTV Cube and the Plex client on my OnePlus 7T Pro are both exhibiting very strange/jumpy behavior. I have a video of the issue if you want to see it.
- But on FireTV Cube if I hit up on the remote, it jumps all over the place. If I go to select a different show or season, it jumps all around and randomly jumps to some other show and season. It’s like possessed.
- On my Android phone,OnePlus 7T Pro McLaren 5G, the list of episodes is constantly “refreshing” and it makes it impossible to navigate around because it constantly brings you back to the top after refreshing.
I’ve changed the refresh rate to 60hz instead of 90Hz and changed the resolution to FHD+ (2340x1080) instead of QHD+ (3120x1440) but nothing seemed to help. Before you ask, I’ve cleared cache, I’ve cleared storage, I’m uninstalled and reinstalled the app, etc. the problem persists.
I find it difficult to believe 2 different Plex clients (FTV Cube, and OnePlus 7T Pro) on 2 different Plex servers (One linux, one windows) are doing the same thing but I’m at a loss. Plex on my Vizio television works just fine. Plex web client from a browser works fine.
