Symptoms: the video i am trying to play is an audio stream of a radio station to xteve and used as a tuner in plex. When i try to listen live to the stream on android i get that error. I also get the error on any dvr recordings of this stream. It only happens on my phones plex app. If i use chrome to play the stream or dvr recording from plex it works fine from my phone and any other device. If i change the app to use vlc to open on the phone i get a connection error. This happens remote or on same lan as the server.
