An error occurred while attempting to play this video." when trying to play Live TV

Hi,

I’m getting this error whenever I’m trying to play Live TV on my Android phone:

An error occurred while attempting to play this video. Please try restarting both the plex media server and this app.

I’ve attached my media server logs as well as my Android app logs. Please help.

UPDATE: I can watch TV channels when I’m logged in through Chrome on my desktop. I tried Firefox on my desktop and the circle of death keeps spinning and spinning. I’m not getting any luck still on the Android phone I have.

did you sort this having a similar problem. when trying to play through the amazon fire.

No, I’m still having this problem. Haven’t got time to really sort it out yet, unfortunately.
