Android TV Box & PLEX stuck in a "Change Mobile Layout" loop

Since last download of Plex App on Android , the server (which work for me well for the last 2 years) is stuck in a “Change Mobile Layout” loop on my H96 Android TV Box.
I tried to clean cache , reinstall , nothing help.
Version 9.1.0.32210

Is this problem familier ? how to solve it ?

I have Update to version 9.3 and it is no longer crush
