I hope everyone is doing good.
I would need your help advice on a matter.
I have a Plex server at home to share my Movies, TV shows, Mangas with my family.
I’ve got the Plex app installed on several phones, laptops and android boxes connected to my TVs.
The issue I have occurs on the Android boxes (every other devices are working perfectly)
Here the issue: For some times, when I go to the TV Show section, when I select a TV show the app just close. It does the same with every TV Show.
The movies works fine in general but from time to time when I launch a movie it just restart the app with the logo opening.
I deleted the cache, the data, I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, I even reseted my 2 boxes but it still occur.
one box is on Android 10, the other is on Android 11.
I have the same issue with all versions from Aptoide in the past month. Movies / music works. Tv shows from Home Screen (such as - continue watching) and settings menu is an auto crash to desktop. If I open the library and select all shows then scroll to the series, I can watch individual episodes.
If I install the last march update, it works fine. I haven’t tested all the April updates.

Also, in the left menu, when my sections are highlighted it show only a white bar (and we can’t read Movie/TV Shows/Manga…) but the Home section is highlighted correctly… strange.
And last but not least, when I reinstall the Plex app, at the first openning it ask me if I want to stay on the Mobile display or change to TV display. When I try to change to TV display it give me the same message until I click on ‘keep the mobile display’.
Okay, so I went back and tried installing the other versions. All 9.2… 9.1…. are broken. Something with the tv / mobile layout. Movies work. Tv series and settings crash the ui.
9.0.6.31998 is the last one where the Home Screen tv series actually works and the tv / mobile layout doesn’t glitch.
So the problem started with 9.1.0.31720 forwards.
I’m going to stay on 9.0.6 until I hear back.
Running most recent server if that matters. I think it’s client side as all other devices are fine.
