Android TV does not connect to Plex Server

Server Version#: 1.43.3.10896
Player Version#: 10.30.8.4222 (taken from Authorized Devices secion)

hi, I don’t know why Plex is always causing so many issues. I have plex server running on my PC (LAN connected) I instaled Samsung TV plex app and remember had many issues to see my library but finally managed (That TV is LAN connected as well).
Now I got another TV for my bedroom Android TV and installed plex on it (WiFi connected) I logged in to my account but I cannot see my library at all. I have set on my server (PC) and on TV now to allow not secure connections in same network and tried many things but it just not working. In my Plex settings in Authorized Devices I can see new TV there.

I have no idea what else I need to do.

[PS] I now noticed that on that TV I can see history of what I watched yestrday on my Livingroom TV and I can access that show and episode but if I try to play it it redirects me to streaming services and does not play it from my library

[PS2] I tried to take IP address of TV from “Authorized Devices” section and went to Network → List of IP addresses and networks that are allowed without auth and added that IP but that did not resolve this issue.

[PS3] I activated remote access in server settings but that did not help at all, and I am very reluctant to allow outside access when I only want to watch movies from my media server inside my house…

When going through plex help I run into below but there is no explanation what that means and how to do it?

App and Server Are on the Same Network

When both your Plex app and Plex Media Server are on the same local network:

  • Make sure both the Server and app are on the same subnet of the network

Tip!: Make sure the subnet mask (netmask) is set correctly, so that the devices are actually treated as being on the same subnet.

that said I logged to my router and in Interface Grouping (By default, all LAN and WAN interfaces on the Zyxel Device are in the same group and can communicate with each other. Create interface groups to have the Zyxel Device assign IP addresses in different domains to different groups. Each group acts as an independent network on the Zyxel Device. Devices in different groups cannot communicate with each other directly.)

But there is a group already there with all LAN and WiFi added to it

Please help

RESOLVED
redit user helped me:

"One thing narrows it fast. Put your phone on the same WiFi as that TV, not cellular, and see if the library shows up.

If it does, the WiFi is fine and it’s the TV app, so sign out and back in. If it doesn’t, it’s the WiFi-to-LAN hop, and the setting to hunt on the Zyxel is wireless client isolation rather than the interface groups."

ME: “So after you said that I did the check on the phone and all was good. I went to TV and checked WiFi and that TV was on guest network. So I logged in to router and checked guest wifi network and it was set as external guest. I changed that to home guest and finally on TV all my libraries showed up BUT had that orange triangle with exclamation mark and when you went to library it was saying check if Server is running. So I decided to restart router and server after and at the end player on TV but issue was same. I probably would figure it out finally on router going through vast amount of settings but I decided to just reconnect my TV to my standard WiFi network and after all was running.”
