Remote Access not working on TV

I’ve signed into Plex on a TV, which is on a separate network from my Plex server, but it is unable to load my library. It detects that I do have a library, but it gives me a triangle with an exclamation mark in it (please see below picture)

It’s strange, because it works off the network when I connect my phone, and it works on my TV that is connected to my own network.

Any idea what could be causing this and how to fix it?

LG TV connected to same network as server - works
Android phone on a different network - works
LG TV on a different network - doesn’t work
Samsung TV on a different network - doesn’t work

Check network security settings on your server and in the TV app. Make sure they align with each other. Some of the older Plex TV apps do not support secure connections.

Server Settings -> Network -> Secure Connections: Required / Preferred / Disabled
