Android TV "new player" can't play anything

You can DM it here. Can you also provide some more information about the exact steps to reproduce the issue you’re seeing, and if it’s a local client, remote, etc.

How to reproduce…

  1. Open plex app on Philips Android TV (latest software on OLED803)-> works fine
  2. go to the Home Screen in Plex -> works fine
  3. Select random any TV Series or movie -> get the above described error message. No TV series or movie can be shown
  4. Enter settings and disable the “new Player”
  5. go back to Home Screen
  6. Select same TV series or movie as before -> now it works properly

With the new Player - I’m not having the chance to watch any series or movies at all…
